The short version
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from anyone else. There are no trackers on it, no advertising pixels, and no third-party embeds. Nothing you do here is sent anywhere.
The only way the site collects anything about you is if you choose to email us.
Who runs this site
This site is run by ITE Productions.
Registered company name: ITEPRODUCTIONS COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY
Company number: 15061132
Registered address: Unit 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, England, BH16 6FA

What is stored on your device
Three preferences, all kept in your own browser on your own device. None is a cookie, none is sent to us or to anyone else, and none identifies you:
| ite:textsize | whether you asked for larger text |
|---|---|
| ite:audio | whether you paused the music |
| ite:motion | whether you paused the moving parts of the page |
The first two are kept in local storage and last until you clear your browser's site data. The third is kept in session storage, which your browser discards when you close the tab, so that choice lasts for the visit and no longer.
Clearing your browser's site data removes all of them. If your browser blocks storage the site still works; it simply forgets your choices.
Third parties
There are none in the page. The typeface, the stylesheets, the scripts and every photograph are served from this site. In particular the display typeface is self-hosted rather than loaded from Google Fonts, specifically so that your IP address is not passed to Google in order to render a heading.
Two things sit behind the site and do see something:
Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request in order to deliver the page, and keeps short-term logs for security and abuse prevention. We do not have access to analytics from this and do not use it to build any profile of you.
Email. Our email runs on Google Workspace. If you email us, that message and your address are held in that mailbox.
If you email us
There is no contact form on this site. The address in the footer opens your own email program.
If you write to us we keep your message and your email address so we can reply and, where it leads to work together, so we have a record of what was agreed. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our work, or where relevant taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
We keep enquiry email for as long as it is useful and review it periodically. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your details to anyone else.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to our holding it. Write to kearnan@iteproductions.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Photographs
The photographs on this site were taken at ITE nights and gatherings, either by us or by photographers working with us. Metadata is stripped from every image before it is published.
If you appear in a photograph here and would rather you did not, email kearnan@iteproductions.com and we will take it down.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date below changes with it.
